I am…

I am… Kimberly Vogel, bridge builder and traveler on the Bridge of Life. Connecting with God and asking Jesus to have a permanent place in my life as my Savior created this new path for my life. Travelling on the Bridge of Life has carried me over many stormy seas as well as peaceful pastures.

After a time of living for Him when it was convenient and hoping our children just caught on, God moved in our family bringing us to a place where He is the center of our lives. I noticed in my family a disconnect between my husband and me with our children. Step by step, God guided us through the bridge building process in our family. We now walk with Him as a family – serving, worshiping and living life together. We’re always working on our bridges because it is a process, constantly needing attention.

Besides being a bridge builder, I am a mom of four beautiful daughters, a writer, and a certified Early Childhood and Elementary Teacher. I recently made the switch from teaching in a classroom to teaching our children at home. I am often found in the children’s area of my church where I volunteer and lead a children’s program. Writing is a natural outpouring of my love for Jesus, my Savior.

My heart sings praises to my Savior. He is the changer of hearts, paths, and lives. I have seen Him change my heart and my family’s path as we walk together. I am now a bridge builder, helping families connect. If you have not yet stepped onto the Bridge of Life, read more about it on my Bridge of Life post.

Building bridges. Connecting families. Join me and let’s build bridges together.
